We are looking to build on our tradition of innovation and growth with the addition of an experienced Welder and Robotic Welder Operator on our day and afternoon shifts.



  • GMAW, GTAW welding knowledge and abilities

  • Maneuvering products to obtain required configurations and positions for welding by clamp, hold, tack-weld, grind and/or bolt component parts

  • Detect faulty operation of equipment and/or defective materials, and notify supervisor

  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments

  • Ensure conformance of work through quality process and measurements

  • Operate pneumatic tools, grinders

  • Moderate to heavy lifting required, up to 100lbs.

  • Work safely and independently, with minimal supervision

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 + years of MIG or TIG welding experience

  • Experience with SS, AL and CRS

  • Ability to read and follow fabrication drawings

  • Experience with tools in manufacturing settings

  • CWB positional tickets an asset

  • Experience with multi-pass welds an asset

  • Prior experience using overhead crane/operating a forklift, an asset

  • Robotic welding experience an asset

  • Program and maintain program accuracy, and efficiency in weld cells

  • Robotically weld parts together according to drawings and specifications

  • Inspection of all welds to ensure conformance to specifications

  • Assure that 1st off/1st Part is inspected and meets Quality Assurance requirements
